Here are some EVIL VILLAIN one-liners I've been practicing. In ALL CAPS in the spirit of ADD 1 TO COBOL YIELDING COBOL.

1. WHAT? THIS CANNOT BE! I'VE BEEN UNDONE!
2. [To the hero] WE'RE NOT SO DIFFERENT, YOU AND I.
3. YOU HAVE OUTLIVED YOUR USEFULNESS.
4. SPARE ME YOUR PITY.

And "YOU FOOL" (Matthew 5:22) doesn't count for an EVIL VILLAIN line because he's supposed to be a fool. But you're not allowed to take away his humanity.
